These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the flooring installation and home improvement services provided by PB Brothers Flooring, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to residential and commercial customers ("you" or "customer"). By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
PB Brothers Flooring, LLC provides flooring installation and home improvement services, including new flooring installation, flooring replacement and repair, surface and subfloor preparation, finishing, and related interior renovation work for residential and commercial properties.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information and site conditions available at the time they are prepared. Estimates may be adjusted if actual conditions, measurements, or requested scope differ once work begins.
Customers are responsible for selecting flooring and finishing materials from the options we present, or approving materials we recommend. We are not responsible for the performance or appearance of materials chosen by the customer once installed according to manufacturer specifications.
Before work begins, the scope of the project, selected materials, estimated timeline, and pricing will be documented and agreed upon between PB Brothers Flooring, LLC and the customer. Work performed will follow the agreed project scope unless changes are approved by both parties.
Payment for services is made on an invoice basis. Invoices will reflect the agreed pricing for the work performed and are due according to the terms stated on each invoice.
Certain projects may require a deposit prior to the start of work or milestone payments at agreed stages of the project. Deposit and milestone payment terms will be communicated as part of the project agreement.
Any changes to the agreed project scope, materials, or timeline must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Changes to scope may affect the project price and estimated completion date.
Existing flooring and subfloor conditions are not always visible until work begins. If we discover damage, moisture issues, structural concerns, or other conditions affecting the subfloor or existing surface once work is underway, we will notify you before proceeding, and additional work required to address these conditions may result in additional charges and adjusted timelines.
Customers may request to cancel a scheduled project. Cancellation terms, including the treatment of any deposit already paid, will be addressed in the project agreement or communicated at the time of cancellation.
Project timelines are estimates. Scheduling may be affected by material availability, site conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate with customers about any changes to the expected schedule.
To the extent permitted by law, PB Brothers Flooring, LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
